MRCB-QUILL REIT (MQREIT) was formerly known as Quill Capita Trust. It is a commercial Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) constituted under a trust deed dated 9 October 2006. MQREIT aims to acquire and invest in commercial properties primarily in Malaysia with a view to provide long-term growth and sustainable distribution of income to MQREIT unitholders.
Currently, MQREIT owns eleven buildings comprising five in Cyberjaya, three in Kuala Lumpur, one each in Shah Alam and one in Penang, valued at RM1.5888 billion as of March 2015.
