• Greet and welcome customers with a positive and helpful attitude
• Direct customers to the appropriate person/office

SALES MANAGER

• Responsible for achieving sales target each month as set by the company with BMW.
• Manage a team of 7- 21 sales personnel.
• Review inventory daily to ensure the proper mix of stock and aging for maximum turnover efficiency.
• Work closely with Marketing Department on marketing programmes, events or activities to achieve monthly sales target.
• Manage the Sales Administration department to ensure all SOP’s are adhered to for a smooth and quick registration and delivery process.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for Management review.
• Provide suggestions and carry out improvement initiatives with the manager for the department.

Fit Out Executive

• Responsible for interior fit-out and design works such as pre fit-out unit access, handover of vacant possession, monitoring of fit-out progress, site inspection, etc.
• Responsible to supervise, facilitate and coordinate on the progress of tenants' interior fit-out works and to resolve issues on a timely manner
• To conduct fit-out briefing/meeting for all tenants' contractors to ensure that all inhouse fit-out rules and safety standards are strictly adhered to
• Responsible as main contact person to co-ordinate and resolve issues on fit-out and design works with contractors, consultants and other sub-contractors
• Work alongside the Leasing Department in providing technical support during the lease negotiation phase with retailers and to ensure timely handover of retail premises
• Ensure that all M&E drawings and other relevant documents are in place prior to the commencement of fit-out works by tenants
• Responsible to conduct final inspection on completed fit-out works before allowing tenants to operate their scheduled business

• To provide assistance and support on all other complex operational matters

Facilities Admin Assistant

• Work in the team in all office documentation control and reply to vendor, tenants, security, housekeeping, contractors who perform maintenance and repairing works.
• Check and work with sub-contractors / suppliers / vendors or appointed personnel to ensure all the operations of plants / equipment are safe working conditions and adhering to all statutory requirements and renewals in related to authorities requirement are met.
• Working with maintenance, security, chargeman, fit out, and other departments. 
• Able to mobile and travel within klang valley from/to buildings as and when the needs arise

Customer Service Officer (Concierge)

• Provide accurate information and assistance in a professional manner to customers and tenants.
• Respond to all customers' requests in an accurate and timely manner.
• Be the Mall ambassador by providing exemplary customer service.

Job Description

• Ensure all building maintenance & plumbing systems are properly maintained & up-keep in good working condition
• Daily check on Grease trap, main incoming water supply and water pumps and record on log book.
• Daily check on assigned area of responsibility.
• Carry out weekly proper checking & maintenance of building finishes such as wall paintings, doors and flooring.
• Check to ensure external area of building such as drainage, driveway, building facade and grass cutting are well kept at all time.
• Carry out all aspects of minor carpentry, masonry & plumbing works inclusive make good/repairs
• Assist the technician in the day to day maintenance, repair & replacement of fused light bulb / fittings when required
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time when necessary.
